Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use SocialShop only where legally permitted. One V1 account manages one store. The account identity remains separate from the public store identity.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for their offers, descriptions, prices, stock, availability, customer communications, fulfillment, refunds, taxes, licenses, and compliance with applicable law. Sellers must not publish prohibited or misleading content.
Buyer transactions
Buyers browse and transact on each seller’s independent public storefront. SocialShop provides platform technology and does not become the seller of each listed product or service unless final legal documents expressly state otherwise.
Content and acceptable use
You retain responsibility for content you upload and grant the platform the permissions needed to host, display and operate it. Community Guidelines form part of these terms. Reported content may be restricted while reviewed.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify or suspend features to protect users, comply with law or improve the service. No uninterrupted-service guarantee is made.
Account suspension and termination
Accounts may be restricted for abuse, security risk, unlawful activity or material breach. Users can request deletion in the native app. Certain commercial records may remain anonymized where retention is required.
Subscriptions and fees
Future seller subscriptions are separate from buyer payments to sellers. Any plan, price, renewal, cancellation and Apple billing terms must be disclosed before paid subscriptions launch.
Disclaimers and liability
Final warranty, liability, indemnity and dispute terms must be drafted and approved by qualified counsel before launch.
