Be accurate and lawful

Do not misrepresent products, services, availability, credentials, pricing or identity. Follow consumer, licensing, safety, tax and advertising laws that apply to your activity.

Prohibited content and activity

Do not publish scams, fraud, spam, unlawful goods or services, exploitation, hate or harassment, sexual content involving minors, credible threats, malicious software, privacy violations, or content that infringes intellectual-property rights.

Additional regulated and prohibited-business categories must be finalized before launch.

Reviews and communication

Reviews must reflect eligible purchases and genuine experiences. Do not manipulate ratings, retaliate against reviewers, or include private information. Requests and customer details must be used only to provide the requested service.

Reporting and enforcement

Public stores, offers and reviews can be reported. Reports are private and reviewed by SocialShop. We may hide or remove content, restrict accounts, preserve evidence or refer matters where required. Sellers cannot remove negative reviews solely because they disagree with them.
